Clyde
Rumors are saying Oakland is looking to offer Cobb $11 million a year; says GB won't exceed $10. Not sure $1M per is worth leaving Aaron Rodgers for.
NKYknowitall
From a fans standpoint, I hope he chooses Oakland. Give Carr an experienced guy. But the reality, that extra million doesn't warrant leaving a playoff team, plus Rodgers. But hey, money talks.
halfback20
Not sure $1M per is worth leaving Aaron Rodgers for. If green bay is that close he'd be crazy not to take it.
75center
Not sure $1M per is worth leaving Aaron Rodgers for. Half that after taxes. Better weather in Oakland but everything else comes up GB-Rodgers, offensive attack, winning. I'd stay for that difference.
MJAlltheWay24
Oakland would have to completely wow me with a deal to get me to go play there. $1 million more a year doesn't wow me.
TheDeuce
Not sure $1M per is worth leaving Aaron Rodgers for. If Cobb leaves GB and Rodgers to go to OAKLAND for only a million dollars, he's not the brightest crayon in the box...
spindoc
You guys are funny. It's all about the Benjamins. The guaranteed ones. If the Raiders offer more guaranteed money, he's gotta go. The athlete's window is too short.
PurplePride92
If Cobb leaves GB and Rodgers to go to OAKLAND for only a million dollars, he's not the brightest crayon in the box... He'd be pretty damn stupid. He'd be cashing out early in his career. He'd never be worth 11 million a year again after playing in Oakland.

The athlete's window is too short. If there's a big difference in guaranteed money yes. But if it's $500,000 per year difference after taxes I'm staying where I have a chance at a super bowl and to have one of the best throwing to me. The athlete's window is too short. Cobb's career is over if he goes to Oakland. As PP said, he'll never be worth that much money again after a year or two in Oakland. Jumper_Dad
If I'm Cobb and there is a $10M offer from Green Bay I sign as soon as possible. 13.3% vs 7.65% is the top tax rate for California vs Wisconsin. It would take insane money to get me to leave GB for Oakland.
tark the shark
Not sure $1M per is worth leaving Aaron Rodgers for. California taxes should make it close to a net deal.
spindoc
He could make up that difference in playoff money. No chance. Might be able to make it up in endorsements. What do they endorse up there anyway? Cheese? Cattle? Beer? Yeah, Beer. My bet is that if he chooses Oaktown it's because of the guaranteed money. GreenBay isn't stupid. It's all about Rodgers. He can take an athlete and make them worth 11mil. There are guys out there that AR can lift to an elite level. Cobb should take out billboard ad thanking AR for making him a star.
