What does Bellevue need to do to improve in 2015? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I guess the first question I have is do they have a head coach? Is Poynter still the head Coach? There was rumor he was out? I hate rumors so I am not trying to start another rumor just trying to ask if it was every confirmed.

I drove by their football stadium earlier and it looked like one of their light poles was laying on the field. Does anyone know if it fell over on its own or was taken down?

Might be a good time to try and get more about what Bellevue looks like next year now that coaches will be applying for the head coach job. How is Bellevue looking for 2015 black and gold Tiger fans?

What do they return?

The Tigers graduate some really nice skilled players in Tate Grainger, Blake Stephenson, Zach Barrett, Alec Hazeras and Austin Woodyard.

 

I would guess that Cameron Chase and Tucker Thomas will fill in at WR/RB and QB respectively. I think most of the line was underclassman so that may be a strength. Numbers are very low though in Bellevue and losing 7 Sr's hurts.

Are they really playing Dayton twice?

I think that this started back up last year or this is the first year. They played each other twice for a gazillion years and then stopped and have picked it back up.

 

New head coach Woody McMillen will do a great job there. May take a while but he will get the job done. Great person. Bellevue got a steal there!

I like the Tucker kid . They should utilize him at QB and on defense. He is aggressive and athletic.

With Woody and Pelgin calling the shots, this team has a chance to have a really successful season. Good luck to the Tigers

As a graduate of Ludlow it has always been a fun rivalry with Bellevue, with Bellevue dominating the series lately. However I am very excited for Coach McMillen he is a good coach and even a better person. I hope and think he will do really well there! I will be rooting for you except the one or two times a year you play Ludlow!

I believe they played two years every year for about 20(30?)+ years and in the mid 2000's when Lickert was at Dayton they dropped the second game...

 

If they are going to play twice I do think it should be farther apart... Like the first and last game...
