Congrats to both teams on advancing to the regionals. Sad to see a certain SK player and her style of play, this seems to be a theme with her, sad for her team, her school and the game.

And What Style of Play are you talking about, If I remember correctly, wasn't a certain someone from Walton suspended last year for throwing a punch? talk about sad style of play right there,

 

Plus all the screens tonight were all illegal, moving and throwing there bodies and pushing surprised that a lot of them weren't called. But there's always a bad egg in the bunch, just seems like Walton has 5 bad eggs.

 

 

First off she had been called every name in the book all night long from the "so called innocent SK player" had taken multiple cheep shot jabs at her mid section all night and by no means do I say it's ok to punch a player on the court but if your gonna act dumb and dish it out don't be upset when you get it back, as for the suspension the Walton player of you wanna get technical was the only player in which actually got punished she had to sit on the bench and watch her team play without her which is a lot worse then sitting at home "sick"

 

 

As for this player in which her style is bad for her and the game and SK I have only watched them a handful of times this year but it's blatent which played you are talking about, did she get another technical foul tonight?

No she did not. One referee saw the incident, seemed as if he was surprised by it, shook his head about it. When play stopped for a free throw, the same referee went to her to say something. That was it. No T.

Congrats to WV on a good district tournament. Congrats to Haley Ison and Morgan Simpson being named to the all tourney team.

IMO Emma Rogers had a heck of a tournament. May not have scored the most points but defensively was very good.

SK holding the ball kept Walton in the game. Walton did not have the horses to run and push the ball with SK last night. To me Beckham is not 100% and with Dezarn out the lower scoring, slower the pace game the better was for Walton.

 

Also, IMO there should have been at least a foul called on the play where the SK player kicked the WV player! I know that this is a district game but if something like that happened during the regular season and was blatantly witnessed by the official which it was there should have been an immediate ejection. Official should be reprimanded for doing nothing.

I have no idea if this the case here at all, but it sounds like there are conflicting opinions on "aggressive" vs "dirty" in this case. I hope it really is aggressive. But I know the event in the HHS game wasn't considered "aggressive". Not sure if we are even talking about the same player or not.

Same player, it was dirty not aggressive.
