Dangerous cold weather this week

I figured since NWO needs to rest a bit, that we all can chip in for current updates on the upcoming bone chilling cold (and snow) for the week.

 

1-4 inches of new snow Tuesday night into Wednesday.

 

Both the GFS and the Euro models show a Friday morning low in Lexington in the -20's, The GFS has the Lexington low at -28! That is without wind chill!

 

This coming weekend: Snow and ice are possible. And it looks like below zero temps could follow the storm this coming weekend.

I can handle all the snow in the world but when it gets to - on the temperature scale...I HATE it. Dangerous times for pets and home owners.

The only bummer to not having school is that my kids can't work on their "Young Authors" projects. They're supposed to be due on the 23rd, but that ain't happening.
