January 26, 201511 yr Jeter sucks. He's a perfect example of an athlete who stays in the media's good graces and in society's good graces so his athletic exploits are overblown and overhyped. As long as he played he was never one of the top 3 shortstops I would choose to have on my team. I understand not comparing him to Kobe but, Jeter is top 10 All-Time for Short Stops in almost every hitting category... Runs (1) Hits (1) 2b (4) HRs (3) RBI (6) BB (5) AVG (6) OBP (7) SLG (11) OPS (5) I understand you may hate him and think he sucks...but he wasn't over hyped or overblown...he was pretty good.
