December 7, 201411 yr I think OSU would beat up on TCU, as would the other 3 playoff teams. I think OSU would beat Oregon, could beat FSU and Alabama would be a coin flip. However, Alabama is the best team in the country, they're supposed to win it all. The Oregon that I've seen this year isn't the Oregon of old. They are the team I'd give the least shot of winning it all out of them, Alabama, FSU, TCU, and Ohio State.
December 7, 201411 yr 1. Alabama 2. Florida State 3. TCU 4. Oregon Toughest Omission: Ohio State You're insane. I'd love it and pray it would be exactly that, but you're insane.
December 7, 201411 yr I would have agreed with that before the OSU game tonight. Wow 59-0 with their 3rd string QB was the most impressive win I've seen all year. Just shows how crappy the Big 10 is IMO. That and that Urban Meyer recruits the QB position better than anyone in college football.

Disagree. I think this Oregon team has a better chance of winning it all than any Oregon team we have seen. I expect them to be champs. Part of that is because Bama is overrated and there is more parity amongst the top teams than ever before. I am still hoping FSU wins it all but I think Oregon is the best team.

I'd argue he develops the QB position much more than he recruits it. Obviously he gets the talent, but every kid that takes a snap is an instant star. That's development more than it is recruiting...

December 7, 201411 yr Done arguing. Let it happen. I still want a 24-team playoff. Burn it all down. Kill the bowls. ...that said... 1) Alabama 2) Oregon 3) FSU 4) TCU OSU vs Baylor in the "No One Cares About You Anymore Since This Was Announced Bowl".

Start over... :bunny:

December 7, 201411 yr I think 8 would be good enough. It's not enough to murder the bowls completely and give me a month of playoff games...
December 7, 201411 yr It's not enough to murder the bowls completely and give me a month of playoff games... I'm down with that.
December 7, 201411 yr I would probably select: Florida State Alabama Oregon Baylor The committee will select: Alabama Oregon TCU Florida State
December 7, 201411 yr If the committee ties themselves to TCU for no other reason than trying to "send a message" to FSU last week we have the biggest sham in sports history. There is no valid argument TCU or Baylor belong in over Ohio State after tonight. None. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada...
