December 7, 201411 yr I have always been a 8 team playoff fan from the beginning. I don't agree with taking 1 team from the conference winners though because many conferences have multiple teams better than the best team from other conferences. Just take the top 8 teams period. I understand that argument HB. I really do. I just think every team that wins its conference should have a shot (sort of like in hoops). That way, if you take care of what you can control (winning your conference), you cannot have a group of people take your chance away from you. It will be decided on the field.
December 7, 201411 yr 1 FSU 2. Oregon 3. Alabama 4. Baylor I think TCU could hold onto #4 because while they lost head to head to Baylor, Baylor's loss was worse. However, playing in Morgantown at 11am eastern time would be tough for any team.
