Again, statements allow for no follow up questions. There are claims of inconsistencies among all the statements. Would be nice to clear it up but I get the legal reason to avoid them at this point. As I said, I would do the same thing, just isn't helping to clear things up at this point.

Read her statement on one of the news sites, Abc or Maybe CBS. Problem I have whith his witnesses are how close they are, made months later, scripted and no cross. Her story has problems no doubt. One of the reasons for no charges was the inept Investigation. It left both sides with problems but I agree based on what they had no criminal charges should have been brought.

I look forward to the civil case when people will be deposed and cross examined. That's when either her version or his will crumble. I hope. Could be this is all we will ever get.

I think it will be. It'll be really interesting if FSU wins on Saturday and the decision on the hearing is to suspend him for a game or two and it is released after the playoff rankings are released.

My guess at the whole thing is that the ruling to suspend him will come after the playoff happens, and he'll never serve the suspension because he's leaving...

2-3 weeks is when the accuser's attorney indicated he expects the ruling, but that's not a deadline. The deadline is 10 class days, and since there were only 7 of those before Christmas break, the ruling can come as late as January 7th.

Was reading earlier in the boards the statement she didn't know who JW was. She was a part of the #cleatchaser group at FSU on her twitter page. Id say she knew who he was.

According to him they were texting before leaving the establishment and going back to his place... Seems like that would be pretty easy to determine if it were true or not.

So she already erased the texts before she was raped?? Makes no sense whatsoever. No way she would erase any texts AFTER she was raped - she would want to show the texts to the police to help with identification. This is a major hole in her story. If she was part of the cleatchaser group, she knew who he was. Again, none of us know what happened that night but I can certainly see why the authorities did not press charges.

I agree she has major story issues, as she has given 5 different accounts of that night. Not to mention her bone head aunt who was the first att. has said some pretty stupid things. Idk if JW did or didn't that night, I know what my gut tells me. Based on my knowledge of being a CFB player ( and knowing several other players at different big time colleges) and seeing things first hand. Also the evidence presented doesn't support her claim. As you said GG we were not there. The student hearing deal now, is nothing more then a civil suit set up.
