D-Rob Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Torn pectoral muscle. Apparently happened in pre game yesterday.
DragonFire Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I feel bad for him. To finally, FINALLY, get your chance and have it all go away with a pre-game injury? Bad beat.
theguru Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I feel bad too but at least he has an excuse for all those horrible throws.
ggclfan Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I cannot imagine trying to throw a football with a torn pec. Mallett has to be a tough dude...like just about everyone in the NFL I guess.
Bengal Maniac Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 That might explain his inaccuracy, although that has never been his forte. I never got a feeling he was ever in a groove except the one drive with the hurry up offense. Hard to believe he could even throw it.
Clyde Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 This guy is a piece of work. If you watched the Hard Knocks series you saw he claimed his alarm didn't go off causing him to miss practice the day AFTER he was told he wasn't the starting QB. Lame. He then missed the flight to Miami Saturday. Paid his own way to get there. Reports say O'Brien wanted to cut him before the game but the GM vetoed that. Reports today say Mallett could be cut today. Simply not worth the hassle.
NKY Bandit Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Just got the tweet from the NFL, Mallett has been released.
Habib Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Saw a funny comment: "He's going to be mad when he wakes up."
GrizzlyAdams Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Guy was garbage. I remember reading stories about him in college that were unreal. He thought he was Mr Big Shot.
PurplePride92 Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Video of Mallett when he found out: Nice. :lol2:
NEERFAN Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 Not too long ago he was on HBO telling the GM he wouldn't mess up again.
