Your right, but some teams are worn down and beat up more than others. particularly the ones that have no depth. Add a SEC schedule into the mix of no depth and you may understand why comparing how some teams may be more beat up and worn down than others... At least I hope you understand the difference.

I'm not buying the worn down, beat up excuse. Kentucky looks like a team that checked out a few weeks ago. There's a big difference in tired and quit.

If the excuse is " we are tired " I better see a team play a whole heck of a lot better vs the vile for the tired excuse to hold water . What's it gonna be after we get blasted at UL ? The truth is somehow this team has severely regressed the past month .

Jones walked into a much better situation than Stoops. A prestegious program (I hate to say that as much as anyone) a lot more depth, and easier to recruit top talent. Sure, the the score was absurd, but there were things that played into that, particularly the lack of depth for Stoops crew.

I think the cats will stay within 20. But Petrino will hang as many on them as possible if he can, due to not even getting a look over the shoulder for the UK job opening.

They will not beat Louisville, they just are not as good. Their issue by far is the starting OL/DL. Damien Harris won't help if he cannot get to the second level where great running backs make the difference. Their skill positions are getting better, but getting quality OL/DL will make the difference. I am not buying depth is their main issue. They haven't been competitive early in games the second half of the season. Thus the trenches , as was previously posted, is their issue to me and it is glaring.

Playing within 20 of Louisville is not a win. The Cardinals are not that good. If Kentucky can't compete for a win, they haven't improved at all, IMO.

At this point, UL is playing decent, UK is not, Petrino will do his best to embarrass UK, which is why I think it will be a 20 point game. That said, it doessnt mean UL is a good team, look at UK's last two losses.

Worn down is not an excuse coming off a bye week. If they can't regroup for their biggest rival with a bowl bid on the line, then this season is a fail.
