If Dixie were to play CovCath now, even healthy, it is not all that close. They have improved dramatically which is a credit to the staff.

Clearly you are a Dixie fan but keep in mind this is a rivalry. Levels, records, who beat who, and who you beat that beat the other team means nothing. This is the playoffs baby! I think the real SK shows up with claws. Telling those seniors they are not on your level is like slapping a pit bull in the face. Good luck with that.

 

Lies.... There is the same amount of seating at Dixie as there is at SK. They are both Kenton Co. Schools for gods sakes, why would there be a huge disparity in what they offer? Aside from the fact that Dixie's athletic complex makes SK's look like a pasture, they are completely the same:thumb:.

I had an SK fan sit behind me at the last game and he got upset at all the cheering for Dixie. A few times he started to get confrontational.

 

Note to SK fan: if you are going to sit on the Dixie side, then prepare to hear the Dixie fans cheer for their team.... which hurts I guess when your team is getting throttled on the field.

I too liked sitting on the Dixie side rather than the visitor side and you are correct. It's silly to take offense at the home fans cheering on their team.

I'll sit with ya, UK#1 fan, but I just don't think your Neer's are going to win this battle, but it should a heck of a game. Love the passion from ya UK#1. best of luck to you though.

I sat on the Dixie side the last game I didn't notice any Dixie fans being disrespectful. For everybody picking Dixie the outcome will be different. You will not see the SK team that got their butt kicked on October 17th. I don't see you stopping the best Junior running back in Kentucy either! Pioneers will get the victory! If you want to see the game you have to sit on the Dixie side because, except for the top row, you cannot see anything siting in the visitors bleachers.

Not saying you're wrong, but there is no way you can assure me of that. What makes you so "sure". Cov Cath was the toughest game on Dixie's schedule. Yes, they went through a rough stretch in the middle of the season and now seem to be on the mend. Who has Dixie beat that leads you to believe they would blow out Cov Cath right now. Not the Cov Cath from 3-4 weeks ago.

Good point, you are correct to point out that I cannot assure you of a complete reversal, but I feel pretty confident the Dixie team of today would beat CCH by a comfortable margin, just my opinion from seeing both teams at least twice.
