Hicks is a beast. Last year Deaton lead the team in tackles but didn't play 2 games at the start of the season. Hopefully some colleges come talk to Hicks the kid can play.

What about their WR? I watched the replay of the Ryle/Dixie game #58 got hurt in the 4th quarter. I also noticed Dixie played all their starters in the 4th quarter until 4 minutes was left.

I heard that when we are up by 50 we will keep our starters in the rest of the game against SK... its called "bringing the pain!" Brace for it!

What kind of size does he have?

Hicks is 6'3 215 and a Senior. I believe he played running back his Freshman and Sophomore year.

Hicks has been the best SK backer the past two seasons, numbers wise. He's good fundamentally and makes plays all over the field. Some of those tackles may be the result of teams shifting away from Deaton but most are just the result of hard work and a solid understanding of how to play the game.
