The blocked field goal returned for touchdown was the play of the game. JC on their heels the rest of the game.

 

Perhaps it would have helped if Matney had his running backs run backwards more often this season so that his kicker could have practiced long field goals...

I would like to have heard what he was screaming at the refs about after the game.

Amazing what playing a better schedule does for a team.....nice win CCH!

 

I personally thought the blocked FG returned for a TD was bigger than the schedule but that's just me.

Congrats Cov. Cath on your win tonight. The blocked field goal was a huge turning point. JC was obviously out of their comfort zone as the game progressed into the later stages. Over the years Wirth has figured out a way to shutdown JC's running game and force them to go to areas they aren't comfortable in when the game is on the line.

 

Good news for JC is with the new alignment next year the Northern Ky roadblock will be removed.

Amazing how people can see things differently. CCH announcers said CCH got some really bad calls against them.

Congrats to CCH. Even though I am an HHS fan and hope we beat your brains in next week, CCH should be proud of overcoming a ton of injuries and beating an undefeated team on the road over 3 hours away. Well done!
