Tom Scheben is the Boone County Sheriff's Department spokesperson, not the sheriff, and then they misspelled his name in the next sentence. :lol2:
November 12, 201411 yr What race was the woman? Is it possible the dog is racist? From the picture, the dog is black...so that would be black on black crime.
November 12, 201411 yr Joking aside....my thoughts for the lady. Getting bitten isn't pleasant at all, and apparently the damage was to her ear. I wonder if she is short, she leaned over or the dog jumped not that it makes a difference.

November 13, 201411 yr Kidding really aside, my cousin was a K9 officer for a while and one of his dogs did get retired due to "profiling"
November 13, 201411 yr Officer should have had control of his dog. Never pet a police K-9, unless told to. BCSO is going to pay out some $$$, IMO.
