Thoughts?

 

RB for Ashland looks like an athlete to me from the limited amount of tape I have watched. Birds have their work cut out for them for sure Friday night.

This is not going to be an easy one for sure...

 

I know that Coach W will keep the guys focused on this game and will not get caught looking ahead

Per the kids from Boyd that were filming next to me Friday, Ashland's RB was supposed to be at Boyd. They say Ashland also obtained a pretty good player from Ironton too. Those Boyd kids were very polite and respectful. They were so excited to get out of school Friday.

Yes, Baker went to Boyd up until 8th grade and then went to Ashland starting his freshman year.

As for the game, Baker is good but you can't do a whole lot when you're getting hit on the handoff which is going to happen this Friday. No disrespect to Ashland, they will just be completely outmatched in the interior. Baker may break a few runs as he is subject to do every games but they will be few and far between.

Baker went to elementary school in Ashland, went to middle school at Ashland for 1 semester and then to Boyd middle for a little over a year. I beleive he finished his 8th grade year at Ashland and has been there for his high school years.

I just don't see the HHS offense being Friday. Even if Baker breaks a long one or two, I am thinking potential running clock in this one...

Quinton Baker attended Boyd Middle School for 1 year, has spent every other year in the Ashland school system.

No, he ONLY went to Boyd in 8th grade...not up until 8th grade. He went to Poage Elementary which is part of the Ashland schools.

Was out of town last week so hoping to make it this Friday. Dress warm!

Will Baker actually play against Highlands this year?
