No, he ONLY went to Boyd in 8th grade...not up until 8th grade. He went to Poage Elementary which is part of the Ashland schools.

While this is a thread about Highlands vs Ashland but since the two of you want to debate over which school Baker should have played at I must ask the logical question here.

I'm not debating with anyone over where he should have attended school but to me it's more entertaining than talking about the game because we already know what is going to happen. I'm legitimately curious

I dont know for sure, that would be a question only his parents could answer. I have some thoughts, but they are unvalidated and therefore I would not even begin to speculate.

I can't answer the question, but I do know that his father lived in South Ashland during a time period when Q would have been in elementary school. I know that he no longer lives in that same house. I suppose he moved out of district and then back in? That would the logical explanation.

As far as the games goes, I expect Highlands to win.

I wasn't trying to start a debate. I honestly don't care where the kid went last year. I know it was a sore spot for Boyd as they would've rather he stayed there. I wish him luck except for this week, as he will have his hands full. Go Birds!
