I honestly think if Alabama gets a second loss this week or next they WILL NOT make the final four no matter how much the conspiracy people think they will.

If Bama falls tonight(Which I do not see happening0 they will drop to at least five.

Maybe, maybe not. IMO, if Missouri wins the SEC then the SEC is BAD, but alot of teams ahead of them lost or will have the opportunity to lose over the next few weeks.

Past 2 days Georgia, UCLA, Arizona State, Mississipi State all lost.

Wisconson or Ohio state will lose next week.

Arizona or Oregon will lose next week.

Auburn or Alabama will lose tonight.

Georgia Tech or FSU will lose next week.

TCU, Baylor, and Kansas State are all higher in the Big 12. If TCU beats Iowa State (!) then they make it in a chaos scenario. If they lost, Baylor and Kansas State play each other. Both are higher so.....

 

Not to mention, you'd need the committee to forget that Missouri lost to Indiana. At home. INDIANA. The Hoosiers. And they go beaten 34-0 by Georgia.

This is true, but can a team not jump another team? There is not a numerical formula. Just because teams are in a spot now, doesn't mean they can't be jumped.

Sure they can. They're not going to do it for Missouri. For the reasons I noted. One win over Alabama isn't going to change that. From the looks of things, Alabama is going to win tonight against Auburn, in which case I'd say even an Alabama team as a runner-up to Missouri would be in over Missouri.

True. Bama is taking care of business now. Probably a moot point.

That's what I've been saying. Take the top 4 SEC teams and the top 4 from the rest and play an 8-team tournament.

If the top 3 win out....I think it would be Oregon and FSU in one game and Bama and OSU or TCU in the other game.

 

Oregon v FSU would be a crazy good game

Give Bama a spot in the title game, then make the other 3 play a round robin to determine who advances.
