I don't disagree with anything you've said. There are two things I prefer about my HTC 1 compared to my work iphone. One, is the Swype keyboard. So much faster to use when texting. As far as I've been able to find, there is no equivalent on the Iphone. 2, I've installed a custom launcher and I've been able to set up my icons and widgets in a way that makes sense and works well with how often I use them. I like having control over how my screen looks and operates. Again, though, I'd be perfectly happy if I was stuck with either one.

Widgets are awesome. SWYPE is awesome as well, sometimes. I tend to type too fast...but it's much easier than just regular texting.

Just curious with what all the BGPers had to say. I am an owner (Ram is) of an iPhone and love it. Simple, yes, but very clean and easy. That is what I like. Curiosity bee stung me earlier with the iPhone question LOL.

Windows Phone. Lumia 928. Love it.

.....

I have an iPhone, and have for years, but am seriously considering making the leap to the Galaxy Note 4.

All the cool kids are doing it...

I have a Galaxy S5 for personal and one for work. I can FINALLY sometimes only carry 1 phone. As long as I'm not going to be taking phone calls, I can get away with leaving the work phone behind sometimes.

The only thing I'd trade my S5 for right now is a Note 4. That phone is awesome.

It really is. I'm still trying to figure out how to use it.

As long as the Note is in production, I strongly doubt I'll ever own a different phone...

I have had several iPhones, they did great for what I needed. Dropped one and the glass broke, I was leaving for nyc in a couple of days and needed a phone, they told me if I wanted to pay for an extended warranty, they would give me a new phone that I could return once mine was fixed, for free, minus the price of the warranty. Sounded great.

On my way to NYC I made an appointment to have my old phone fixed, they set the appointment for 3am at their store in lower Manhattan, I was staying in Times Square. Short ride by subway, but at that point in the night, I wasn't able to make the trip.

Since I didn't make the trip I "inherrited" their phone which they turned into a paper weight once I got mine fixed. All said it cost me around $700 to get my phone fixed, but I still have the paper weight they charged my $500 for.

Once the original died, about a year later, I've been android all the way.

Have the Galaxy S5. Best phone I've ever had. The camera in this phone is quite amazing. Both my kids are getting droids and giving up their I-phones with their next upgrades.

I had an S3 for 2 years and was not a fan. I just upgraded to the HTC One M8, and it has completely change my opinion on Androids phones. I just hated how cheap the S3 felt, and it just wasn't very responsive. As much as I like IPhones, the HTC is a step up from the IPhone.

This thread has not gone the way I had expected it :lol2:
