My beef is still that a flag was thrown on offensive for engaging when the defender was the first to engage and never made a move to the flat until he saw he made a mistake at the last second. There is no way the ref watched those two from start to finish. What 7 did is the definition of a pick. It absolutely gets called.

Your boys are running out of lives. Luckily the ACC has become the new Big East so FSU will face no competition. Who is next is the #4 seed and I hope that it is ND bc they are right there.
October 19, 201411 yr Author I've tried to listen to who the penalty was on about five times already. We know that the announcers think it was on 20, but I can't find any confirmation of that. If you want to make the argument that it was wrong if it was called on 20, so be it. You and I both know that was the play, the play was designed for those guys to block. And 7 blocked before the ball was in the air. If we ever find out who it officially was on, then we can determine who was right. Do you deny 7 blocked before the ball was in the air? I guess I didn't listen long enough. Fowler specifically says it was on Fuller right before Herbstreit shows what he thinks is the penalty. And after turning the volume way up, you can hear the official say that the call was on number 7, which is Fuller. So we can stop the analysis on the bottom guy, that's not even who it was called on.

FSU has the burden of a defending champion. They didn't get everyone back and they aren't as good as last year. They're getting everyone's best shot. Notre Dame was incredibly impressive to me. They definitively won the first half. I felt like FSU outplayed them in the second half. IMO Jimbo should've grown some stones and actually run the offense on that last possession and we may not have had any of these talks. Really the lives they've used up came against the three best teams they've played. I don't think FSU was ready for the challenges they faced in that first game against OK State. They should've lost to Clemson but then again what would that game have been if Jameis wasn't a moron? And this they beat what I feel is probably a legit top 10 team in a classic. There's not a team left on the schedule as good as any of those teams. Without significant improvement that really I don't think can come without experience they won't have, they won't win the playoffs. But I believe they'd make it and if it's ND across the field from them, I simply expect a good game. Best you can hope for, a shot.
October 19, 201411 yr The call was what it was, not going to complain. I will say regardless of the score no one will convince me that FSU is the better team.
