Well, we may have a new dog after all. He's still here. I put food and water in the garage, but haven't yet been able to convince him to go inside. He knows it's there though. He has a collar, no tags. Upon closer examination he looks like he is at least part collie, maybe part cattle dog. He is either blind in his right eye or has poor vision in it. He is well behaved, very gentle and has been well cared for. I have permission to keep him as long as he doesn't become an inside dog.

Looks like I'm in for a long night.

If you have fed him you have a new dog, with or without permission. Sounds like a nice dog, I would maybe put some pictures up or post it in lost and found though, I imagine someone may be missing their friend.

Those along the I-65 corridor need to keep a close eye on the weather. The tornado chances seem to be increasing in your tornado watch area.

As of now looks like NKY maybe just looking at heavy rain and possible localized flooding. If the winds aloft stay strong some of the storms may turn severe with the primary threat being wind damage. This should happen closer to dawn on Tuesday.

I did find his owners. Turns out the Amish family had just gotten him a coupleasure of weeks ago. I had suspect he was sight impaired and I was right. Poor little fellow had never been off his lead at his new home and had wandered too far away for the smells to be familar. They came looking for him last night right before it started storming so he was taken home safely. Broke my heart to give him bask. I fell in love with the little guy.
