Knights Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 Congrats to Iroquois. Where should they rank in 5A?
blueandblack14 Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 So happy for Iroquois, I was really hoping they would win this one. I have nothing against John Hardin, I just love to see Iroquois have success.
UKgrad2005 Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 They answered the question that many of us were asking; congrats to Iroquois.
hoss403 Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 John's starting QB did not play and their starting RB got hurt early in the game. A Freshman QB started for JH last night. Not sure what happened.
Ed Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Season ending Injuries to key seniors has put John in a world of hurt. I know John lost both starting RBs for the year and they lost 2 starting linebackers too. They were young to begin with, but when you lose key players it will make for a long year.
DragonFire Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Is Iroquois in John Hardins district? They are. If memory serves, this was their first district loss in 6 years.
retired Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Congrats to The "I".....you are my TEAM of The Year!
kypride Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 They didn't let the name on the jersey beat them. For a program with Iroquois history this is massive.
JIM SEYMOUR # 85 Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Congrats. So happy to see this. It was not that long ago (if memory serves) that a flood wiped out all of their gear and equipment. Had to start from scratch. If I am not mistaken X donated a lot of gear and equip. as well as others. "From the ashes........................."
katbird Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Hate to hear of all of the injuries for JH. This kind of adversity will only make you stronger in the future..
Nate Owen Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 John Hardin is loaded with young talent. Very hard to win on Friday nights playing freshmen and sophomores, but look out over the next few years! Congrats to Iroquois
