It would have to be something serious IMO to actually kick a kid off a team. ......now, with that said, make life an absolute utter hell on him until he either chooses to: 1) Get with it 2) Chooses to quit on his own terms ..then so be it. Kicking a kid off (again, outside of something serious) is a no win situation usually.
