July 18, 201412 yr Why was the boy out roaming around at 130am? Seems like there might be more to the story. I have a daughter who is just under 12 years old, and I would have done the same thing to this guy, however, I can't see any circumstance in which my daughter would be out unsupervised just about anytime, let alone at 1:30 in the morning.

Raymond Frolander could have just as easily been in the 11-year old's home when the incident happened.

July 18, 201412 yr makes me think of the funny commercial from the mayor of Charleston WV " ITS 10PM DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU CHILD IS " as he points into the camera . The story lacks a bunch of important details . Whose house did it occur in .. if its the boys home then did he enter thru a locked door ? Did the boy let him in ? As far as what to do to the dad ? not a dang thing , like others said -- praise him for stopping before he bashed the guys brains in . He did do a good number on him .
