Lying about women not being able to get contraceptives because of the HL decision and lying about the "evil" republicans not caring about women's health. Fear mongering at it's finest. Again, playing Pinocchio, don't make any sudden turns in tight quarters. The only items they can't get coverage for if they work for HL are the four that they believe can cause or are akin to abortion. The Obamacare mandate violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 as was argued in court, this problem falls on the administration, not Hobby Lobby, not the SCOTUS, not the republicans.

July 2, 201412 yr And to clarify, Hobby Lobby's health care plan still includes access to: Male condoms Female condoms Diaphragms with spermicide Sponges with spermicide Cervical caps with spermicide Spermicide Birth-control pills with estrogen and progestin ("Combined Pill") Birth-control pills with progestin alone ("The Mini Pill") Birth control pills (extended/continuous use) Contraceptive patches Contraceptive rings Progestin injections Implantable rods Vasectomies Female sterilization surgeries Female sterilization implants The Supreme Court's decision specifically allows Hobby Lobby to not provide coverage for the following four items - and ONLY these four: Plan B ("The Morning After Pill") Ella (a similar type of "emergency contraception") Copper Intra-Uterine Device IUD with progestin The Catholic Church's suit does (or will, in the case that it has not been filed in federal courts yet) include all 20 items on both of those lists, with the exceptions of non-elective vasectomies and non-elective female sterilization surgeries - meaning the patient has to have the surgery done for medical reasons other than the prevention of procreation. I have learned things in this discussion, and I hope some of you may consider some of the information about hormonal contraceptives something worth more than a dismissed concern. And let's not derail the conversation with sarcasm and exaggeration of one side or the other.

I was talking more about those spewing on TV and on Social Media than those on here.
