Last time he somehow misread how people would react as his intent was never to make people mad. He has created his own monster with his supreme talent and past actions. Great entertainment though. People have made worse mistakes and been forgiven much quicker. He was likely the biggest free agent in the history of sports. He was on the grand stage regardless of The Decision. The Decision is a scapegoat for Lebron hate. If The Decision is the worst thing he ever does then he's been a true superstar on and off the court and that is rare these days.

Remember, half of America is females and they never forget a screw up their partner makes, no matter how trivial it is The fact is he created the LeBron climate we all live in, you can't ignore that. If this was just about a superstar talent looking to go elsewhere the appeal would not be nearly as exciting.

What is often overlooked is the fact that "The Decision" was put together as a TV event as a way to raise money for Local Area Charities. $2.5 Million from the broadcast and an additional $3.5 Million from advertisers went to Charity due to the 30minute broadcast of The Decision. It may have ended up a public relation nightmare but I really think he went into it with the best of intentions.
