There are plenty of things that I could say that I really really like.....but none that I could eat so regularly as spaghetti and meat sauce.

I prefer mine to be made with a linguine pasta and a chunkier tomato sauce, but I'm not too picky. I could eat spaghetti and meat sauce twice a week for the rest of my life and be happy about it.

Chili Mac or Chili Spaghetti. Not that Skyline kind of chili, though I've used Dixie chili in place of the canned chili below.

2 - cans of Hormel Chili with Beans.

2lbs of ground beef.

1 - can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies.

1 or 2 lbs of spaghetti, macaroni, or rotelli

Chili power and galic powder.

Fry up the beef, add canned chili, the Rotel, and the seasonings.

Boil up and drain the pasta, then mix it all together. I can eat it 3 meals a day, 7 days a week and never tire of it.

Tough to beat a really top-quality cheeseburger for me.

I am not a hamburger fan. I can eat them, but rather have a chicken sandwich.

fresh pork sausage , homemade from local groceries or meat processors .

cinnamon rolls

Lunch -- usually skip it

Dinner : where to begin -- so much . fresh grilled fish , fish taco's from Cozumel ( various joints ) crab legs , spaghetti n meat balls . Prime Rib . Kung Po chicken from AmerAsia ( and other places when done correctly heat at a 10 ) sushi . Scioto Ribber steak . Movie Popcorn . Most anything from Rocco's in Ceredo Kenova WV . Tuna . Crappie . Catfish . Ohio River Sauger .

Dessert ; Strawberry - Rhubard pie .

Pan-seared scallops.

Lobster with drawn butter.

Grilled corn on the cob.

A good steak, medium-rare.

A slab of good homemade bread with butter (there's that word again, maybe it's one of my favorite foods all by itself).

Fried oysters.

Crawdads.

But nothing beats a mess of steamed hard crabs with plenty of beer to wash them down.

Except for a fried soft crab sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato with a little mayo.

We love seafood. Tonight for supper I grilled huge sea scallops and salmon and topped it off with a homemade herb butter. Then grilled zucchini, onions, tomatoes and peppers. Topping each of them off with smoked provolone cheese. It was soooo good.

The Eastgate location is right at an hour for us. We make the trip every 3 months or so.

Fresh Fruit. Any kind but especially watermelon or pineapple.

Sushi. Could eat it almost everyday.

Shrimp and crab. Shrimp and grits. I'm from Charleston, SC. You can't grow up there and not love the stuff you catch. Mmm.
