Why Hillary Clinton?

Old - Hillary in 2016. She will be 69. Maybe Harry Reid can be running mate.

Who's replacing all these old Republicans when they pass on? Hint: Check out the latest stats on the number of Hispanic teens who become eligible to vote every month.

They won't vote.

This is an aging population and Republicans rule the 45 and up.

You crack me up, do you know how many times I've seen one party or the other left for dead? Will never happen because there's only small percentages of hard cores at either end of the spectrum. The 70 percent in the middle eventually tires of the ruling party because things always get screwed up no matter who's in charge. What is it, two or three times in over a century that a party held the White House 12 years?

Refresh my memory. Who was the oldest person elected president? Why, it was Ronald Reagan, GOP patron saint of elections past.

 Just as Dan Quayle was no JFK, Hillary is no Reagan. Keep a happy thought though.

I would be shocked if she doesn't run as she's using the classic playbook so far. However, I would understand as I personally would never want to be president under any circumstances. If she decides not to run it could be argued either that she hurt other Dems campaigns by "sucking up all the air" as they tried to get their runs started or that she caught all the grief, thus deflecting it from other candidates while they established their campaigns. Joe Biden in particular gains from not being the center of attention. Poor Joe just can't handle it.

And therein lies the problem for Hillary haters, Ref. All of the dirty laundry on Hillary has been out there for years. WW and Vince is old news. You need to dig up fresh dirt.

By that example Charles Manson would be a good candidate, all his dirty laundry has been out for years too...still doesn't make it any less heinous.

Good points, but seeing her on TV you can tell she wants to run so bad that it aches. I don't see anyway, barring a health crisis that she bows out...like Mondale, Dole, McCain and others she feels it's her turn and that it is owed to her.

Plus he didn't defend a child molester.

With the Benghazi indictment delivered, the comments about being 'broke' and the head injury, should Dems be on the lookout for another candidate for the general election?

I imagine there are plenty of discussions going on behind the scenes but you can bet no one is going to talk very openly as it doesn't pay to cross the Clinton's.

NO. Republicans are too easy to beat these days. They beat themselves . Ms Clinton will be just fine if she chooses to run. I am rooting for KY's finest, Rand Paul, to be her whipping boy but any of the others will suffice as well. She will make geldings of them all.

I wouldn't vote for Hilary Clinton if she could lay golden eggs and put 'em on my doorstep.

If you could put a podium on your doorstep, Hillary behind it, and earn 15% commission on her speaking fees, it would be the next best thing to a golden goose. I agree with you, I still wouldn't consider voting for her.
