May 14, 201412 yr If there is an Opened bag of Haribo Gummi bears in the house, it is my duty to finish it. I cannot rest until that mission is accomplished. No problem with Unopened bags of Haribo. I can walk away. But once I hear the sound of cellophane as someone has begun to open the bag, I get weak in knees and must seek out the location of said bag that is now open. :lol2:

May 14, 201412 yr I thought this was just me because that's how I grew up. You eat when the food is there and you don't waste it…..leftovers were just part of what happened when I couldn't figure out how to cook for less people..I saw it as a bonus, others in the Bird Nest, not so much
May 14, 201412 yr Just think how many kids would have starved in Africa if you didn't finish the bag.
May 15, 201412 yr Same goes with food I make on the stove, not enough for leftovers and I feel bad throwing it away. That always is a great excuse for me to polish it off. :thumb:
May 15, 201412 yr Think how awesome the meal was and how much you would like to have it again. In other words, trick yourself into wanting leftovers the next day. It is a daily battle of you vs. you. More arguments with myself?
