And that is why Billy Hamilton is such a huge weapon. He single-handedly manufactured that run.

Really wish I was at home watching those couple of plays. Would have loved to see.

Got a good feeling today.

Hmmm...I know who I'd have start the thread for the Rays series.

I saw where the tag-up video is on mlb.com.

Yeah I just saw it too. Ridiculous. His speed definitely showed today from what I read in the thread.

He's put together a couple good games it seems like.

I think it was more nerves and facing the Cardinals tough pitchers that made him look bad at first. He is a game changing player when he gets on base (obviously) so hopefully he can settle in now.

The Reds are boss on Wednesdays. They can't be beat.

They're friggin' mail room clerk the other 6 days.

This teams woes would be abated immensely with one small "tweak". Put Votto in the 2 hole. I won't argue the nonsense that your best hitter should hit second, it's just not remotely true, yet Votto is perfect for that role. His OBP is outstanding. He takes tons of pitches, to a fault with 2 strikes, but I digress. In the event Usain Hamilton gets on in front of him, not much fear of lack of chances to run. And with this team, who cares who hits 3rd. Draw straws. Bruce, BP, Cozart (joking). Just move him already. He doesn't have the pencil to make the lineup. Grow some stones and put him in the 2 hole Mr. former pitching coach. Do the right thing. You'll look like a freakin' genius.

Agree wholeheartedly. Put Phillips in the 3.

If I may be so bold I think the more impressive play for Hamilton was the tag up from 2nd. RFer was coming in on the ball , got under it, and then had his momentum going towards 3rd. Wasn't very deep.

Crazy speed.

Hamilton was fun to watch no doubt. But the real hero today was the tshirt bandit.
