I saw a Covcath team who previously beat Dixie by 7+ TDs discover a new found respect for their Dixie Highway colleagues. Cheers to more battles determined by less than 10 points in the future.

Good athlete, but there will be some painful games if that's they route they take IMO. Doesn't have a very good arm from what I saw.

I stand with SK being the best team. Highlands lost their best player I would rank them #2.

I can't believe more people aren't on the Campbell County band wagon, 45-50 Jrs. return. I think they are going to be really good this season. The only thing that I have a question about is there 6' 8"QB, guessing it's the same kid who played freshman 2 years ago, has his throwing gotten any better, if so, look out for the camels.

Scott had a nice season last year. Wouldn't be surprised to see them a little higher. I think Cooper will be better than most are giving credit for, as well. I would have Highlands #1 to start, but, who knows what a new coach will do early on and the Birdsdo have alot of unproven players.

There's not a clear/definite #1 this year, I think you see a lot a parity with few blowouts. Campbell wins 6a, Cooper 5a, Cov Cath finally gets past Highlands. NCC and Beechwood beat some of the larger schools on their schedules. Would they (NCC and Beechwood) beat them on a regular basis..... probably not, but there is so much talk about the other schools they're going to get overlooked.

I was under the impression that Cooper would be down a little this year as well as Campbell. Not real sure where all of the CovCath love comes from either. When was the last time they defeated Highlands and what exactly has changed in the last few months/years to all of a sudden make them up and Highlands down? Right now, NCC has no QB and a short roster, though they would probably still be the best in NKY 2A. Not real sure that they are going to beat the bigger schools, but will be more than successful against there own kind. Beechwood is a real enigma. Will all of the baseball kids continue to focus on that sport and potentially give up the game of football for fear of career ending injury? Sure appears from what I read on here that there may be some issues in the football ranks and did I hear that they may be trying to have boys soccer added to the sports scene? What impact would that have on things?

Not serious at all. Pretty valid questions that I would be curious to hear the answers to from some that are close to those various programs. Must have struck a nerve with you over something, how about trying to address any of the questions that I raised based upon information that you know about those given teams.

You lost a coach who was replaced by someone that has been in the program for what 19 years, how much can really change? Did Highlands really lose there best player? Jensen Feggins was certainly a nice player, but not sure I would call him the best. Hasn't CCH had kids in the pipeline for the last several years? These kids in the pipeline have not won a frosh game until last year for something like 10 years and I believe it has been 10 or so games at the varsity level. Guess it could be looked at as they are due to break through at some point.
