I Have A Fan Problem - iRex3.com Rex talks about stopping by this guy's house at the request of Rex's mom when he was 21. Here's video I found. So the stalker is one of these 3 guys named in the Youtube link: Messin' around in the summer-time up in Northern, Ky. Nator-Arena. Rex Chapman & Greg Baughn hangin' with the Nators - Tom Dilts, Jeff Stepner & Mike Surrey.

March 13, 201412 yr Figured it out. There was a Tom Dilts involved in the Dayton H.S. athletic program. Inducted in the NKY Sports HOF back in 2010. Not the same guy though as he is older.

March 13, 201412 yr Rex has really had bad luck with some psycho's. Anyone remember the crap he had with Lewis Billups from the Bengals? Lewis was a grade A psycho and I used to work with a girl he stalked for the longest time.
