Sounds like Coach Rhodes put up a video that reportedly shows Johnson throwing an elbow at Chapman on the prior play. That video is no longer up.

 

 

I guess the supposed elbow happened well before the punch. The video I just saw shows the two standing waiting for the ball to be inbounded. The ball is passed out to the 3 point line, Chapman closes out on the ball and is called for a foul. There was contact between the 2 but no elbow.

 

The punch is nasty.

I watched the video on your Twitter page Wireman and I would think something had to have been said for the punch to be thrown. (Note: that does not justify the punch)

If a racial slur was uttered by Johnson, I can at least understand Chapman's anger, however you still can't do that.

Absolutely ridiculous...I'm willing to bet JJ said something to him when walking by but you still don't throw a haymaker like that.

They have signed affidavits from Chris Hudson (current Hazard player/former Cordja player) Owootoah (Cordia player last year), Marlon King (Cordia player last year) and then Brandon Bender (recruiting guru) on benefits and recruiting of kids at Cordia.
