Did I Miss Anything in the Pro Bowl?

Featured Replies

I didn't watch one second of the game, so outside of hearing that Burfict had an int, did I miss anything else?

I watched about 5 minutes; flipping back and forth.

Saw AJ with one catch

Burfict diving pick

Deion gray beard.

There was a Por Bowl? Heard they did something different when picking teams?

Someone said something about a Grammy's show as well? I flipped between hangover 2 (which sucked and I knew it did ) and Armageddon.

I watched a little of the first half and it wasn't too bad. Switched between it and the Grammy Awards. Different seeing teammates go against one another. I never realized how close the game came to cancelling after the performance two seasons ago until I was listening to Mike and Mike this morning. These new ideas and gimmicks are coming from the player side of things to help preserve the game.

I missed the first half and watched most of the second half. Low scoring game because defensive rules were loosened a little bit so that linemen could do stunts. QBs for both sides under constant pressure. Obvious that the best offensive lineman cannot handle the best defensive lineman without having help. It was strange seeing teammates tackle one another. Even though the game was a little more interesting because the players were putting more effort than previous years, I just couldn't digest the whole Rice vs. Sanders thing. There were several rule changes that made the game odd (e.g. a 2 minute warning in the third quarter or starting a drive on the 25 yard line). The 4th quarter was fun. Sanders' team scored to make it 21-14. In the last 2 minutes, Rice's team marched down the field, scored on a long run, and ran it in for a 2 point conversion to make it 22-21. Sanders' team had less than a minute and got it to midfield. Tucker from Baltimore tried a 67 yard field goal at the end that was just short. I may be in the minority, but I like crappy football over an awards show any day of the week. The marketing commercials for the islands of Hawaii during the breaks made me think that I need to take my bride there someday.

Ahhh, the Hangover 2 is funny. Love when Allen steers the boat onto land and then tosses the anchor.

Was happy to see Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron score touchdowns. Also, Joe Haden had an interception as well.

Watched a little of it. I'd like to think the players played harder than years past, but I only saw the beginning of it

Alex Smith, Nick Foles Pro Bowl QBs. Says enough right there.

Thought the overall play of the game was good. Odd seeing teammates tackle each other, but the guys looked like they were having a good time while playing hard, and no one got injured(that I can remember). Overall, I'd rather watch the Pro Bowl again over some of the Thursday Night games that were played this season.

Some of the ugliest uniforms you'll ever see. And also stupid sideline reporting.

And that's with the Grammy's on, which I didn't watch either but it looked like my whole Twitter feed did.

That is impressive going up against the Grammy Awards.
