During this dead period, it is only a matter of 2 days at the end of the week. This may only be an issue when it is a full week, although I do not believe you will see any negative effects from this.

What did they hate about it? It was a Monday and Tuesday the first week and it is a Thursday and Friday this week. It is 4 days.

Only by the date, I believe no 7 on 7 after July 20th, or no 7 on 7 inside of a month before your first scrimmage, something like that.

Too much free time, speaking for my own kids...they hated the extended time off! Most kids like a structured day that is consistent, even in the summer.

Not what I heard at all. I've heard they loved it. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

 

Wish the KHSAA would make it 3 weeks for everyone. Gives families time for a real vacation, for the kids to make a little money- whatever

The N Ky catholic schools were off 6/23 thru today. Go back at it Mon 7/14. Speaking just for me and my kid- it was AWESOME!
