January 23, 201412 yr And I thought the Ohio State non-league schedule was weak. Big difference in what's expected of UK and OSU...nobody cares who UK plays non conference...OSU could and should step out and play someone, if they want to be a national power again. If not every season at least every other year or so.
January 23, 201412 yr Boys, I hate to say it, but Ohio is coming off another bowl appearance (can't remember if they won or not), ULM is always scary. Four wins would be an unbelievable season and a HUGE step IMHO. But, 2 or three wins wouldn't shock me one bit.
January 23, 201412 yr If they only win 4 games will fans start wanting Stoops fired? Not the smart fans. Moving to 4-5 wins show a vast improvement over last year. Obviously another 2 win season would be bad and a discouraging sign but other factors should be taken into account as well; injuries, etc.
January 23, 201412 yr UK will be improved at every single position next year except for maybe QB and that should be marginally improved at least. The RB's are loaded, solid WR's for a change. More experienced OLine which hopefully becomes better. DLine has more depth. LBs couldn't get any worse after last year except for Williamson. CB's will be deeper. Safety's will be deeper and better. I see 4-5 wins and hopefully going for win number 6 against UL
January 23, 201412 yr 2 wins at most, 3 if they can beat UL. Really? Maybe I'm just optimistic but I see 5-7 with a loss to UL (and Tennessee). Oh well, all part of the journey for Coach Stoops rebuilding the program.
