January 22, 201412 yr They could simply have put him on the baseline with no camera. The angle didn't show anything.
January 22, 201412 yr Can also usually find a broadcast on ESPN3 if anyone missed the start (I did as well, but did tune in to see some by going to ESPN3; just log on to ESPN and see if it's available in your area through their "Watch Live" feature).
