I'm looking forward to re-watching the entire series in its entirety after seeing the last episode just so I can get a better understanding of the clues.

Just watched 4 & 5. Getting really interesting now. Just not buying Cohle is the killer.

What would be interesting would for the killer to be caught in Episode 7, then devote Episode 8 (the last one) to where Marty and Rust reside present-day psychologically and spiritually.

Gonna break routine and watch this tonight and Walking Dead in the morning.

Had a feeling that was coming with Rust and Maggie.... At the beginning of the episode I found it odd they showed a past clip from the brothel in the woods, now I see why... This episode was a little slower but needed to get us caught up to their present day. Next week looks like a good one!

I liked the episode. Didn't think they'd go with the Maggie/Rust thing...thought it seemed too much like a soap opera.

Lots of theories out there that Maggie is involved This show is awesome.

Looks like our boys are going to be a team again. Wonder if the psychological aspect of the show will now take a back seat to vigilante justice as the detectives search for the scar-faced giant.

With how much they were focusing on connecting Tuttle to the crimes, I'm thinking he's not involved, or at least not directly.

I wonder if Maggie's Dad is involved somehow.

Charlie Lange talked about a place where "rich men go to devil worship".

He looked rich. Marty's kids, well at least one, is pretty messed up apparently. I think its possible he is involved.

Didn't one of his daughter's have a weird look on her face, like she had seen something, when they were at her parents? I thought I remembered seeing something like that.

I think you are right. I'll have to watch it again , but I also saw where someone said one of them was afraid to call out to their grandpa.

That's who I thought was in on it from the time it was revealed that there was a conspiracy.

Did it bother anyone else that Marty's flip phone with a camera was not very 2002 appropriate?

You guys might be on to something re: Marty's father-in-law. Didn't even consider going in that direction. We also still don't know the reason that the older girl, Audrey, drew the sex acts when she was only around 7-8 years old. Had to be based on something, right? Then again, the scar-faced giant might be just a lone wolf, like the meth maker that Marty executed.

What was wrong with it?

I had a flip phone with a camera as a junior in high school, which was 2003-2004.
