There are some really good dynamic duos this season. Justice/Hall, Martin/Snider, Beverly/Johnson. Who else?

 

Bolden/Chames (outperformed Snider/Martin head to head)

James Bolden, Ray Spalding, and Quentin Goodin (among others) called...they disagree.

 

I said arguably.

12/26/13 Maxpreps has Ballard ranked #64 in the country and #1 in Ky.

Too many prep schools these days to really get a feel how a true high school team would fare. I wish they'd rank them separately frankly.

Justice/Snider. Hall/Martin. Sigh....I'd pay good money to see those matchups.

 

In 2013-14 the top two players in the state are on the same team. Q, Martin.

 

In 2014-15 the top two players in the state could arguably be on the same team again. Justice, Hall.

 

Both of them struggled vs Spalding.

They are certainly top 50 IMO

Bullitt East played in that same tournament last year. Definitely a top tier of national teams there. If Ballard wins, or even does really well, their national profile will surely go up.

Martin finished with 28 & 12 Rebs including 5 threes. Snider 17, 6 assists, 0 Turnovers.

 

Last 3 games they've hit 24 threes between them, Martin 13, Snider 11. Martin is avg 24.6 and Snider has 20 assists and only 2 turnovers over the 3 game stretch.

 

Ballard as a team hit 13 threes last night.

Both of them struggled vs Spalding.

 

KCC hasn't played Trinity this season have they and Martin looked fine on Monday. I don't recall Spalding guarding him that much if at all when Spalding was in the game. Martin's game has expanded to the wing a lot more than in previous years.

As a Boyle County/Bowling Green/Warren Central supporter I have love for Bolden, Chames and Spalding but give me Q and Kelan as my #1 and #2 all day everyday all year long. They are the top 2 players in the state this year without question IMO.
