Pavarotti's "O Holy Night" is a must listen for me every year at Christmas time. It never fails to rip my heart out. The whole song is beautiful and the note that he hits starting at the 3:29 mark is unbelievable...

O Holy Night is my all-time favorite Christmas song. My favorites are the Michael Crawford, Martina McBride and Michael Buble' versions, in that order.

I keep coming back to Dr. John and Leon Redbone diggin' on some Frosty.

And count me among those who love Bowie and Bing doing their weird duet.

Awesome version and vocals by Love. The fact that she was performing it with military personnel and before those in the military made it really special.

 

The Little Drummer Boy is way down the Christmas song list for me. In fact, I can't even say I like it. But I enjoyed both versions posted in this thread.
