Will Beatty continue to work his playoff magic this post season?

Featured Replies

Bob Beaty of Trinity has an incredible won loss record in the playoffs in KY. Do you foresee Trinity running the table this post season? In my opinion, there have been other years with less tallent and he has pulled it off!

With Trinity and Beaty together, it is possible. But, it starts this Friday against a very good and determined Manual team. Must see drastic improvement in the defense (either in the form of a better pass rush, or a MUCH improved pass coverage.) Also, Mr Bonnofan must learn, finally, to not key in on one receiver. These happen, then yes , the ROCKS can 4-peat.

No!

It is now a four game season. Each remaining 6A team has its share of flaws. Let's see which team is best equipped to expose and capitalize on those flaws. BTW, Coach Beatty has earned the courtesy of having his name spelled correctly!

Anyone know Beatty's playoff record in Kentucky?

And I am on the record as saying, yes I think Trinity wins it all again.

It'll be a lot more interesting if Trinity doesn't win it all...

59-3 Coach Beatty will work his magic. Will it be enough? We'll find out starting Friday.

It was rather intense yesterday...I like it....

I agree, just because I like to see different teams in the championship game. But at the same time, I always enjoy watching Trinity play. And like many of you, until Trinity loses in November, I will continue to pick them to win it all.

Only one loss prior to the State Title game. So his team has missed the Championship game only once.

If Trinity finds a way to win this year, there will be more upset people throughout the state than usual...

The sleeping giant has awakened.

Go Rocks!

Here is the thing about Trinitys playoff success. They are better than most people. They win the ones they are supposed to. The main thing to focus on here is the few times they have lost to X in regular season and pulled an upset in the playoffs. I don't think X has ever lost the regular meeting and then pulled the upset in post season. When Beatty beats people with equal or better talent, that is when he earns the paycheck. There will be opportunities for that this year.

No and I hope not
