NKY Coaches Poll Week 8

Featured Replies

Don't worry we all know Highlands got spanked by Trinity in their scrimmage(played like a real game). If Trinity makes to the finals SK will beat them 35 to 14! :D

As usual another clueless statement. Go watch the game live one time and let me know if you think it is really played like a game. Neither team treats it that way as there is no game planning involved and it gives the coaches a chance to view personnel in live situations against someone other than themselves. Didn't St. X defeat SK in a scrimmage and I believe Trinity defeated them, so where are you trying to go with your argument?

4A in NKY is nothing to brag about.

Who said it was? That is certainly where the BIG boy currently resides in Northern Kentucky football until someone can knock them off their perch. Then again you have to man up to play them in order to have that chance.

I'll take Campbell over Harrison or Pendleton anyday.

Another misinformed SK poster. Highlands played Campbell and Pendleton is no longer on the schedule. Opened up a spot for SK, but they again did not step up to the plate and chose to play Holy Cross instead.

SK is the only team that can stick their chest out and say they are 9-0 in NKY! :p

And what do you get for that record? Maybe a patch for the letter jacket.

Just another one up on Highlands!

Just another one up on Highlands!

One up how, when your coach will not put on his big boy pants and step up to the plate? Enjoy that district crown if it really means that much. Maybe when your son is old enough to play SK will again be on the HHS schedule, then again probably not. I hear CovCath may be looking for a game as well next year on the JV level. Maybe you start by taking baby steps and then see if you can get the NKY big boys on the schedule.

Baby steps like SK Freshmem giving the Highlands Freshmen a goose egg? 14 to 0 :D

One time in how many years and you are going to hang your hat on that. That is one step up from peewee football. Just let me know when the big boys are going to play and I will surely be in attendance. You need to get in the Letter Jacket thread and let everyone know that you can get a patch for a District Championship. Most kids would rather put that big state of Kentucky patch on their jackets, at least in Fort Thomas.

9 and 0, district champs (6A, by the way, where the big boys play) and still no respect. What a shame.

Both hammered Boone.

SK hammered Ryle, CovCath didn't.

CovCath beat Dixie more handily than SK.

Lets see how the Conner vs CovCath game goes.

Hard to see from the above who is better, although I'm certain both are WAY behind Highlands.

Depends who you ask? My son don't care about winning or losing. All he cares about his knocking the kid across from him on his butt! :D

Your son may not, but you certainly do right? Good luck the next few weeks and hopefully you get to make the drive to Bowling Green.

This is the poll according to The Muffin Man

Scott would pound, absolutely pound Beechwood this year!

Highlands and coach Mueller don't have to go get kids. If they want a top notch education and a chance to win a state championship they come on their own..:thumb:
