Kid has an unreal feel for the game, and no off-field distractions (*cough* the last [freshman] Heisman *cough*), but does he have a real chance of pulling it off?

 

There's no arguing with what he's done on the field so far.

 

Even if you don't think he'll win it, weigh in with what you think it would take for him to actually bring it home nonetheless (again, even if you don' think it will happen... just what it would take).

He should have as good a chance as any QB at this point.

Coming out of high school I thought he was gonna be a beast. But I didn't realize he would be this great this early. Definitely in the running

He looks like the real deal to me.. I know he was considering UK before he chose FSU.. How nice would of that been?

He's the best player I've seen play this year, by far. Fun to watch.

I have to agree. Winston won the Elite 11 competition when he was in it and it seems like there would have been a ton of fanfare had he visited. That being said, he was already committed to FSU when I learned who he was so maybe UK had a chance at one time. I'm not sure at all.

Heck Texas didn't even recruit him, blows my mind how bad Mack Brown has become. First RG3, then Johhny Manziel, and now Winston. No wonder he's about to get canned.

I began think about Winston for Heisman yesterday. He is ridiculously good as a Frosh. He will have to out play Taj Boyd when they play Clemson and continue at his current pace. If I had to vote today, I would give it to Mariota at Oregon.
