Ouch. Is CCH down this year? I know they've been battling some injuries but I didn't expect it to be this ugly. Or perhaps the Birds were just better rested not having to drive 4 hours for a game again this week?

Got ya, defense's job certainly gets a lot harder when their counterpart is an ineffective offense.

I am surprised at Highlands putting up 35 on CCH's D. But if the offense is going 3 and out, that makes it tough on the defense. Is that part of the problem today for CCH? Is the offense having short possessions?

Sounds like it.

CCHS announcers just said home crowd is leaving in droves like their sideline is in fire. The kids don't deserve that.

Hope they aren't leaving to catch the Reds game.
