Probably has something to do with what Apple ID was used to buy those songs.

Off topic as alluded to earlier...

Apple has fantastic tech support and customer service

I think I'm seeing a slight improvement. Nothing major. I also Googled a few different ways to save battery life. Not sure if those have helped.

Let me know if anything works and what I need to change.

Turn off the parallax effect as well.

Just realized that Safari can open up more than 8 different windows now. I currently have 10 open.

Battery still sucks!!!!!

Pulled it from the charger at 11:00 this morning, already down to 58% and I've barely used it today. I can't imagine a day I'm on it constantly I will have to charge two or three times.

Don't expect that to change any time soon with a software upgrade. That's why I keep a charger at home and one at work. If I were a girl I'd keep one in my purse just as I've seen many girls do. Mine comes off the charger in the morning just before 9 am, I use it for music and internet while I'm at the gym until 11:30. By the time 5 o'clock rolls around it should be on the charger or it will be dead soon. I usually just keep it on the charger while I'm at work and or at home. At this point I've just come to accept the cruddy battery life.

My battery life isn't so good either. Using it off and on during the day I get about 6.5 hours before it dies.

Mine also isn't honest. I can't tell you how many times it'll just from 50% range down to 30% range in a matter of minutes. I look down shortly after and it's just dead. This has prompted me to try to do a better job of closing out apps when I'm not actually using them.

Are you guys sure you don't have Bluetooth on? That will kill your battery.

I never have Bluetooth on.

Blacktooth isn't on. I work in a big office building that's basically the same as working in a hospital in the sense that the walls are thick and the buildings huge so it's where cell phones go to die.

I've been sending texts and they are not going out. They are supposed to be going to people that I know have iphones as well.

Almost murdered my son over this! Any ideas?

My wife and I were just talking about this. We have to restart our phones, annoying.
