Both teams looked good Wednesday. If NCC shoots the way they did the second half against Newport, they'll be tough to beat. Highlands really took it to a very good SK team. If NCC doesn't play great defense, Highlands will be tough to beat.

I've heard the Paar boy has stepped into Justin Jones role and is really playing well! Ben only played about a minute in the first game. (?). Nate Rawe was a real spark off the bench for NCC...is he in the starting lineup yet? This could be a WHALE of a game!!

I know the Parr boy's family well, he is a very good athlete. Lives in Bellevue and rest of family went to Bellevue, I was surprised to see him go up on the HILL. Word is he will step in at starting QB next year.

I heard that FB rumor too. My son played baseball/basketball with Ben. Looking at his recent growth spurt (height/girth)...it probably will be true! But has his roundball skills come around...or did he get out of the coaches doghouse by JJ's injury? Didn't he go to St. Therese in Southgate ???

Look for Josh Conner to take things in his own hands, for the Bluebirds. I've watch the youngman play Basketball in the "Ole Knights Days", at the Boy's Club. He always plays best in the big games. He's a just a Winner!!! (Good Luck Both Teams).

not sure on the st. therese school thing.. I graduated with Ben's uncle.. its been a while since I saw Ben. Last time was in 4th grade I think.
