The fingerprint sensor is going to make it awfully tough on some of the case manufacturers like Otterbox.....

 

I'm hoping that Lifeproof can make it work. That's my next case since it is waterproof. I'm done with Otterbox.

I've never been a fan of the Apple wannabes. Let's make our phone just like the iPhone but with a bigger screen. Yawn....

It's still personal preference. All the smartphones do the exact same thing. Make calls, text, check email, surf the web, have apps/app stores and play videos. A major part of my loyalty to Apple is all of my multimedia is through iTunes and I have invested so much into it that it is not worth the hassle to switch to a new platform just because their screen is bigger or because their voice text works better. They are all the same to me.

And in the end Apple will still be laughing all of the way to the bank.

My wife just got a new Galaxy S4, hard to imagine new IPhone could be any better than that.

 

I agree with you, and with Grizzly. Apple comes out with "their new stuff" that their competitors have had out for at least a year, still only one size phone, and others have an 8 core. Still a long way to go to get back some market share.

The reason you gave is the only reason to buy apple the fact you have so many other products. But new apple products are inferior to new google products. Heck from a technology standpoint the new Microsoft phones are better. The S4 has been out how long? Apple still hasn't made an equal product. I hold no loyalties to any company I buy the best product.

I don't know about that, but Otterbox does now make a case that is more like lifeproof. Waterproof, all that.
