September 9, 201313 yr Since most of us are tired of Marvin, who do you realistically think would be the best coach for this team? Think candidates who would be available or come here, not Jim Harbaugh types.
September 9, 201313 yr There is a guy on the staff who I think would do very good and probably would want it, which is Hue Jackson. I think he got a raw deal out in Oakland and is an offensive guy, but seems like he would bring a real attention to detail to the team and would have to assume his game management would be better.
September 9, 201313 yr Promote Mike Zimmer. I get tired of the bengals and mike brown always hiring in proven head coaches. I'm ready to get an experienced and proven successful coach.
September 9, 201313 yr One game and the fans are already complaining. C'mon guys! Yeah, because today was the first time this stuff happened.
September 9, 201313 yr One game and the fans are already complaining. C'mon guys! It's not 1 game. I've been complaining about Marvin since 2007.

I was kind of surprised to hear you say Marty S. Considering one of your main arguments was that you didn't care about just making the post season, you want a legit shot at winning the Super Bowl. Yet Marty S has been well known to do great in the regular season and then flame out in the post season. So it was just interesting to hear you say that. I know I actually agree I would love to have him if the Bengals make a coaching change after this year. I hope it doesn't come down to that though, because that means the Bengals were able to overcome Marvin's game management and had a great year.
