I know everyone's been saying that in Florida University Christian isn't thought to likely defend their state title this year. Making it sound as though they may not be as good as recent years but the article said they've won 3 straight state titles and have to players committed to Vandy. Sounds like it could be a good game

Wow... I had no idea the HHS game would be part of the Crosstown Showdown event.

This is just an testament to the quality of HS football in the State of KY imo.

 

It just happens that the two big dogs are representing the Commonwealth but both teams are playing not just for themselves but for the entire state.

 

There are a handful of other teams from Ky imo that could easily be competing in both matchups and most probably would hold their own if not win.

 

This is a great two days of football for the state of KY and both Highlands and Trinity will represent the state well...:thumb:
