October 15, 201312 yr I heard that the ratings for the opener made it the most watched show ever on AMC and the #1 show on TV. It also was #1 in the 18-49 demographic that advertisers look for. I don't know why but I find the show just stupid and silly. I love fantasy and sci-fi but I can't get interested in this show. Every time I watch, within 10 minutes I find myself saying that is just stupid and I turn the channel. For example, I watched part of an episode the other night. There's this kid with a cowboy hat and a black woman trying to retrieve a photo the kid wants (pic of his family?) from what looks like a bar that is overrun by zombies. So they fight their way out of the building but the kid dropped the pic. They are standing outside with the door closed and zombies are climbing all over themselves trying to get out but the kid says he has to go back in. The black lady says just stay here, walks around the side of the building and 10 seconds later is standing there with the kids picture. Okey dokey ... seen enough of that .... what's on ESPN?

While I love the show, I understand that not everyone enjoys it. Everybody I know likes Duck Dynasty. I want to like it & have tried to like it, but I hate it. Different strokes. Different folks.

TWD is a must see for me. Mrs. TAC and little TAC must vacate the room (they are not fans) on Sunday evenings. Only other ones I fell for were Nip Tuck and Shameless when I had the premium cable package.

But there are better written and better acted shows on TV. Breaking Bad was one. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion tho! Some people love Justified and I just can't get into it.

Random Thoughts: When Rick first saw Freaky Forest Lady, I thought he was having one of those Lori flashbacks. Anyone notice how Darryl licked all his fingers before he shook hands with the kid who died in the shower? Also, regarding the alchohol tempted dude who brought down the shelf which led to "Zombie Chandeliers", they did not want him to go on the run at first because he had been living by himself and they were afraid that he was not a team player.
October 20, 201312 yr Author So while watching Fear Feat there was a tv sport for the walking dead that I found interesting. In a prison cell you see blood where the sink is and as the camera zooms out you see a trail of blood going out of the cell and towards the shower area. I suppose it could be from Patrick but I believe it to be more of a symbol of what's to come.

I would think they could keep the zombies off the fence. They look like easy Pickens to me. Someone has a great rat trap and no one knows about it? Rick coming around is good. My guess is he joins the council and they make some tough decisions Nice to see Miconne has a heart. The virus could lead to some interesting turns. Burning bodies was smart, I guess tyresse is upset because they did it to his girl friend. Did Daryl dig ditches for everyone that died? Don't like how they have all of these other folks in the prison with them and they are just there to be killed off. Talking dead said there were 45 folks in prison last week now only 30. If you are in the prison and dont have a speaking part you are kind of like that guy from star trek that goes on the mission to the planet with caption Kirk. You don't last long.
