October 14, 201312 yr I think you guys are being too critical. Maybe we had too many expectations for the season's premiere? The pig is dead...the kid in the shower is now a walker...the woman in the woods looked pretty rough - almost like a cross between a human and a walker. He was thankful for the deer meat, then he got sick. Just a side note...I'd be focused on Hershel's other daughter if I was in that prison. If we're talking cannibalism, I'm eating her.

October 14, 201312 yr A couple of things that stood out to me last night. One, the implausibility of the walkers falling through the roof. I mean, they've been up on the roof for how long now? And there's how many of them? It just seems completely ridiculous to me to expect that at this VERY moment, all of a sudden the roof starts to give way all over the place. Also, if someone had played a boombox for two days to draw the walkers out of the fenced-in area below, wouldn't the walkers on the roof likely been drawn away as well? (Do walkers have a self-preservation mode that would prohibit them from jumping/falling off a roof?) The other thing, is much more interesting. And that is the final scene with Patrick in the shower. The thing that I wondered was...did his sickness cause him to turn (without having to "die")...or did his sickness just cause him to slip/fall/die? If it's the latter, then it's just a vehicle to put a walker inside the prison with everyone asleep. If it's the first one, then WHOA...

October 14, 201312 yr I disagree. Agree to disagree I guess. Season 1 was fantastic. Season 2 was terrible. 3 was pretty good over all but I didn't love the finale.

A dang helicopter crashed on the roof and it's obviously weak. Plus it's just part of the show. It's plausible though.

Well, then wouldn't they have come down pretty much at the same time and in the same area? It seemed like they were "dropping" individually, and in different spots. I didn't watch the rerun, so I could be mistaken.

Kind of how they were when Michonne and Carl went in that restaurant in season 3.

I didn't watch the rerun, so I could be mistaken. They did fall sort of individually at first. I know what you're saying but the scene didn't necessarily bother me. Heck, in season 1, they would have repelled down the wall.
